Booking process
Registration for the January holiday in Campitello (Italy) is open from 1 June to 30 June 2026. If oversubscribed, there will be a ballot on 1 July 2026.
Registration for both March holidays (Tignes Val Claret and La Belle Plagne) will open at our Annual General Meeting in September 2026. Don’t risk missing out on a holiday by not applying in time!

1. Join the Club
To book a holiday you must be a fully paid up member of Edinburgh Ski Club for the 2026/27 season. You must also maintain your membership during the year in which the holiday takes place.
2. Read our holiday terms and conditions
Before booking a holiday please make sure you have read our holiday terms and conditions. Find out more about bookings, payments, ski carriage and cancellations.
3. Register by email
To register for a holiday, please email holidays@edinburghskiclub.org.uk with the following information:
- Which holiday do you wish to book?
- First and Surnames as shown on passport (no middle names)
- Email Address (this is how we will communicate with you)
- Mobile number
- Date of Birth
- Is an Aged Over 75 lift pass required?
- Is ski carriage required?
- Dietary or other requirements
- Any preferred room mate
January holiday — Campitello (Italy)
Registration is open from 1 June to 30 June 2026. If oversubscribed, there will be a ballot on 1 July 2026. Please email your registration to holidays@edinburghskiclub.org.uk before 30 June 2026.
March holidays — Tignes Val Claret & La Belle Plagne (France)
Registration will open at our AGM in September 2026. If applying by email rather than at the AGM, make sure you apply before noon on the day of the event to ensure your application goes into any draw for places on the night.
4. Pay your holiday
Payment of a £175 deposit must be made by bank transfer within a week of your place being confirmed by the organiser. Credit cards, cheques and cash are not accepted.
January holiday (Campitello, £1,395): Deposit of £175 due within 7 days of your place being confirmed. Balance due by 26 September 2026.
March holiday — Tignes Val Claret (£1,495): Deposit of £175 taken once your place is confirmed at the AGM. Balance due by 31 October 2026.
March holiday — La Belle Plagne (£1,380): Deposit of £175 taken once your place is confirmed at the AGM. Balance due by 31 October 2026.
In all cases, please do not send a bank transfer for the deposit or balance until requested by the holiday organiser.
